I knew I had a arthritic knee but became distressed when I had a very painful flare up six days before I was due to go on holiday to Boston USA. I am very fortunate to have private healthcare and managed to get an appointment with Mr Trikha very quickly. He immediately put my mind at ease and assured me he could help with the pain. He arranged xrays, a MRI and the day before I was due to fly a cortisone injection. The pain relief was almost immediate, I was so grateful and was able to go on holiday and enjoy myself. Mr Trikha showed me the MRI and explained the deterioration which was causing the pain. I know that in the not too distant future I will need a knee replacement, when that times comes I will have no hesitation in going back to see him.

I found this doctor very thorough, competent and efficient. He very quicky assessed my knee following a hockey injury and gave me lots of good information to read. I am very happy with the care and treatment he has given me and I would highly recommend him.

This is an addition to my earlier review concerning surgery for an ACL reconstruction: I needed this surgery following an injury incurred playing badminton and was particularly impressed that Mr Trikha did not consider my age (61 years at the time) to be a deterrent. He was confident of the outcome and completely efficient and professional which inspired confidence in myself. The outcome was great.

Mr Paul Trikha performed an ACL reconstruction on my right knee in Sept 2013. I had injured the knee playing badminton. At the time I was representing my club and county in this sport. After this surgery and follow-up physio therapy I managed to get back to my former fitness and mobility. In fact since then I have gone on to represent England at both European and World Senior Championships (medalling in both). I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Trikha and his team for enabling me to get back to playing the game that I love. My treatment was excellent.

I underwent a Knee replacement operation in July 2018. I am so pleased with the result I wish I had done this sooner. Mr Trikha really made the whole experience so pleasant and put me at ease throughout the journey. I am amazed at how quick my recovery has been and that really is only due to Mr Trikha's surgical skills and knowledgeable advice post operatively which I have followed. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Trikha as he is an excellent surgeon. BB
